AUCEL is the concession company for the AG-31 highway, which runs from the Rias Baixas A-52 highway to Celanova. It is approximately 19 km long and acts as a support to improve connections in the Celanova region, in Ourense province. S.A. de Obras y Servicios, COPASA, owns 70% of the company.
The highway entered into operation in February 2013, using a shadow toll concession scheme.
